Hinds LifeCare is a nonprofit organization. The agency was founded in 1981 by Nancy Hinds, who saw the need to care for patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families. Much about hospice care has changed since then. This specialized medical care is more readily available, and such care at the end of life is more widely accepted by patients and families. One thing that hasn’t changed is our dedication to helping families when they need us.
Fresno Survivors of Suicide Loss
The Fresno Survivors of Suicide Loss program provides specialized support to those in our community grieving a death by suicide. In addition to counseling and grief support groups, we have a group of peer volunteers who have also experienced a suicide loss and are available to connect with new survivors.
Hinds LifeCare Services
Hinds LifeCare is a nonprofit hospice. Our care is based on our sacred call to serve the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those who have a life-limiting illness and those who are grieving.
