The Wish Program Goals are:

For patients to dignify their death and celebrate their life
For family members to humanize the dying process and create positive memories
For staff to foster patient and family-centered end-of-life care and inspire a deeper sense of our vocation
For family members, the Wish Program provides an opportunity to become involved in their loved one’s care and create meaning at the end of life
For clinicians, the Wish Program is a tangible way to honor a dying patient and connect with the patient and family
